Annual Recognition Gala

2012 Recognition Celebration

Thanks to everyone that joined us at our Annual Celebration on March 13! For more information about this event, please contact Michele Wendling

Each year, minority professionals in the Greater Boston business community are selected as YMCA Achievers by their employers.  They are recognized for their talent, perseverance, determination and have achieved exemplary success in their professional career.

Individuals selected to receive the YMCA Achievers Award are honored at our annual Recognition Awards Gala.  Upon accepting the role as a YMCA Achiever, recipients agree to perform 40 hours of service to benefit students served in our youth programs.  Adult Achievers support events such as the Black College Fair and the Annual Recognition Gala.  They become tutors, speakers and mentors for youth in our "College Bound Culture" programs.
