Program Goals

Our programs goals reach diverse communities, across our service area, to provide educational enrichment and career awareness activities for our youth.  We:

• Develop the educational and career aspirations of minority youth
• Recognize Black professionals who have achieved success in their careers
• Engage Achievers in community service to benefit youth; and promote mentoring relationships between youth and Black professionals
• Create channels for continued community involvement by business and industry
