Water Power Workout
A deep water exercise class that includes stretching and the use of resistance equipment to improve muscular endurance.
Fall II Session: October 27 to December 21
During this high intensity deep water class, participants will condition their muscles using resistance equipment; improve cardiovascular training, muscular endurance and stretching.
Tues/Thurs 7:30-8:15pm
