Small Group Training
If you work out harder with a group than on your own, Small Group Training will get you where you want to go. Work closely with a trainer to meet your goals while still using the group setting to keep you motivated. A fun way to enhance your current workout routine.
The Burbank YMCA is proud to offer small group personal training for those that want to train with a friend. Both full hour or half hour group personal training sessions are available. Motivate each other and achieve your goals together with group personal training!
Group Training Packages:
Introduction Package (three 30 minute sessions) $60
Introduction Package (three 60 minute sessions) $150
*An introductory training package may be purchase by a non-member one time. In order to continue training after the introductory package a membership is required. See rates below.

Full payment must be made when you register. We cannot reserve personal training session times without full payment. There is a $5 processing fee on all credits. No refunds are given and there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to notify your personal trainer of a cancellation within a 24-hour period, you will still be charged for that training session. The Burbank YMCA reserves the right to change trainers in the best interest of the member and program.
