Looking for a more rewarding or a second career?
Along side career Y employees, you will find seasoned professionals with years of experience in both the for-proft and not-for-profit sectors. Some embark on a new career path in a new field. Some continue in their original occupation or field, but join the Y for its culture and mission. All in all, these many backgrounds help add to the diversity and depth of YMCA management and staff.
