1. Take Route 128 to exit 19B.
2. Bear right and follow Highland Avenue south to Great Plain Avenue (Helpful hint: Town Hall will be on your right).
3. Turn left onto Great Plain Avenue.
4. Go two blocks. The Pool Site will be on your left just past Green's Field.

1. Take Route 128 to exit 19B.
2. Bear right and follow Highland Avenue south to the fork (the 6th traffic light). Bear right at the fork onto Chapel Street.
3. At the next light, Chapel Street becomes Chestnut Street .
4.  Go about one quarter mile. The Active Family Center will be on your left across from Roche Bros. grocery store.

The Charles River YMCA is also accessible by public transportation.  Commuter rail service is located less than one block from the AFC at the Needham Junction station and only three blocks from the Pool Site at the Needham Center station.  Also, both buildings are within walking distance of the #59 bus, which connects to the Green Line subway.  Schedules are available on the MBTA website.
