How to Lose Weight & Keep It Off
Come to the Charles River YMCA and learn How to Lose Weight & Keep It Off!
Are you fed up with your increasing weight? Do you grab for food without thinking about how it will affect your energy level and carbohydrate cravings? If so, join us for an innovative weight loss and nutrition program. Learn how to take control of your weight by increasing your metabolism and decreasing fat storage. Each participant will receive an individually tailored eating plan, designed to rev up your metabolism and stabilize your blood sugar level for lasting energy throughout the day. Taught by Lyn Schawrtz, MS, RD, a registered dietician and nutritionist, who has lost 20lbs. herself by becoming a discplined eater.
As part of our Late Spring Session, How to Lose Weight & Keep It Off will run for five Wednesdays, 9 a.m. - 10:15 a.m., April 30th - May 28th. This class will be held at the Wellness Center at the pool site.
