If so, join us for an innovative weight loss and nutrition program. Learn how to take control of your weight by increasing your metabolism and decreasing fat storage. Each participant will receive an individually tailored eating plan, designed to rev up your metobolism and stabilize your blood sugar level for lasting energy through out the day. Taught by Lyn Schwartz, MS, RD, a registered dietitian and nutritionist who has lost 20 lobs herself by becoming a disciplined eater.
This class will return on September of 2008.
