Power Yoga
Along with our many yoga classes at the Charles River YMCA, we have started a Power Yoga class for those of you that want to progress in a 8 week class session. This yoga class will help you increase your flexibility along with strength and endurance.
This vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga will be taught in our Wellness Studio Center at the pool site by our own Judy Brady.
Thursdays 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Member rate: $84
Community Rate: $154
Our new 8 week session will run on Thursdays, May 1st to June 19th
Sign ups will begin on Monday, April 7th for Members; Wednesday, April 9th for Y-Kids (youth members), and Monday, April 14th for the community.
