Small Group Training
If you work out harder with a group than on your own, Small Group Training will get you where you want to go. Work closely with a trainer to meet your goals while still using the group setting to keep you motivated. A fun way to enhance your current workout routine.
Along with our Women on Weights program, which is a maximum of four participants, we offer for both men and women, shared Personal Training. You and a friend or family member can train together for the same price. Two for the price of one with the same results!
