Summer, Sports, Strength (SSS) - Just for Teens!!
Whether you are looking to be in top condition for your fall sports tryouts or just looking to have some fun and get in shape this sumer, SSS is right for you. This 4 week functional and sports specific training program is geared toward 7th - 12th grade athletes or athletic hopefuls. The program uses a variety of training methods including weights and functional equipment. Classes will meet twice a week:
Tuesday - Green's Field (next to our Great Plain Ave. location)
This class will be offered again in the summer of 2009.
