The Y strengthens the foundations of our Greater Boston community. That’s why we work with you every day, making sure that you, your family and community have the resources and support you need to live a balanced, healthy life.
YMCA membership is month to month with no contracts. Satisfaction is guaranteed. We’ll refund the unused portion of your membership fee if you are not completely satisfied within 30 days. Financial assistance is available for YMCA membership and programs. No one is turned away from the YMCA due to an inability to pay full fees.
