The Constitution Inn YMCA is accessible by public transportation.
Green Line or Orange Line, North Station stop.
Turn RIGHT out of the T station onto Causeway Street.
At the first light, N. Washington Street, turn LEFT and cross the Charlestown Bridge. Follow Freedom Trail Red Line.
Bus: MBTA Bus #93 from the Haymarket and Sullivan Square Stations.
Waterways: Avoid traffic jams and ride on a water shuttle for $1.50. MBTA Water Shuttle runs daily from Long Wharf near the New England Aquarium. Call Boston Harbor Cruises at 617.227.4320 for a schedule. You can also take a water taxi for approximately $10 per person, April 1st to December 1st.
From North (I-93)
-Take exit #28 (Sullivan Square/Charlestown).
-Go straight to set of lights.
-At rotary take 1st right onto Rutherford Avenue, pass Bunker Hill Community College. Stay to the left on road.
-At 2nd light, take left onto Chelsea Street.
-Continue along Chelsea Street to the 3rd traffic light.
-Turn right onto Fifth Street.
-Proceed to stop sign and turn left onto First Avenue.
-Take first left onto Sixth Street.
-Bear right onto Third Avenue and proceed to the end.
-We are located at the end of Third Avenue on the right, #150.
From North (RTE. 1S)
-Follow Rte. 1S over Tobin Bridge.
-Take Charlestown exit.
-At light, go right onto Rutherford Avenue.
-At light, go left onto Chelsea Street.
-Continue along Chelsea Street to the 3rd traffic light.
-Turn right onto Fifth Street.
-Proceed to stop sign and turn left onto First Avenue.

-Take the new I-93 North tunnel.
-Stay in the right lane.
