The Constitution Inn YMCA is a fully functioning Y inside the Constitution Inn.  Located in the historic Charlestown Navy Yard, the Constitution Inn YMCA proudly serves Charlestown and its surrounding communities.  The Y offers membership for adults ages 18 and older.
