Stroke Clinics

Sting Ray Stroke Clinics are open to all swimmers who can swim two full lengths of the pool. Clinics, run by our very own Sting Ray coaches, are for members of our swim team and those who may be interested in joining. Sessions are technical training tailored to refine and perfect strokes in the off season while building endurance and having fun.

Monday and Thursdays - 5:30PM-6:30PM
