INTENSIVE

The best way to learn and build upon a language is to be immersed in it. Our ESL Intensive and English for Employment courses provide up to 720 hours of integrated, skills-based instruction. Classes meet for 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

LEARNER-CENTERED

Our primary focus is on the career and educational goals of our adult learners. Our team of experienced teachers and support staff guide learners in the development of individual learning plans and provide one-on-one counseling and support along the path to goal achievement. Together, instructors and learners regularly monitor improvement through pre, mid, and post assessments, self-evaluations and progress reports. Job-seekers are supported in their search after completion of the program.

CONNECTED

Community and employer partnerships extend our reach. As a founder and member of The Partnership for Adult Learning Services (PALS) we provide a continuum of services to our learners and job seekers including tutors, job placement assistance, financial literacy workshops and more.

OUR SUCCESS

  • 95% program completion rate

  • 85% of program participants successfully enter skills training or full-time employment
