Great Work By YMCA Employees!
On April 29, 2008 Human Resources held its annual President's Award Breakfast at the Back Bay Hilton for employees who received President's Awards in 2007. The turn-out was great, the food was wonderful, and the raffle was exciting! All winners received a gold name tag recognizing their receipt of the award. Two winners received a pair of tickets on Jet Blue to anywhere in the continental United States.
Below please find a list of all the winners. This award serves to recognize exceptional performance resulting from a single event or activity. This is a spontaneous award given any time an executive or metro dept head observes an employee doing something truly "above and beyond" what is normally expected. Although subjective, the criteria is based on "you will know it when you see it" excellence.
