Springfield College, with its campuses in Boston and Springfield, is a close partner of the YMCA in providing employees with access to affordable classes and degrees in areas key to many areas of employment including early childhood education and care and youth development.  Conveniently offering weekend classes, accelerated degree programs and a convenient Boston campus on the Orange Line, many employees find Springfield College a great way to reach educational goals.  Especially attractive is its program that provides both a bachelors and masters at the same time as senior programming certification.
