Dear Y Employee: The YMCA of Greater Boston would greatly appreciate your help in completing a Diversity & Inclusion survey. We want to hear from you and your thoughts on diversity at the YMCA. Your thoughts are important to us; by completing the survey you will not only be pointing out our strengths and weakness as it relates to diversity and inclusion, but also helping us to improve upon them. Please note that the surveys are anonymous - do not put your name on them.
Please be aware that your answers will be treated in a confidential manner and that the information provided will be for the betterment of the association as we move forward to be more diverse and inclusive.

To be diverse and inclusive means that we are all different in many facets and that we include those who we may consider to be different than us. Rather than scrutinizing the differences let us embrace the similarities.
