Living healthy is about spirit, mind and body at every age and stage. The North Suburban YMCA offers many different types of classes, including: cardio, conditioning, strength, martial arts and general fitness classes as well as programs for those dealing with chronic disease, joint and injury rehabilitation, stress and pregnancy.

We also offer a wide range of adaptive activities for people with mental and physical disabilities.
