Internship
Eight-week, non-paid internships allow trainees to gain valuable work experience and allow businesses to meet new talent at no cost.
Internships are typically four days per week. The fifth day is reserved for continued job search in our offices.
Hosting an intern makes good business sense. We send pre-screened, trained, skilled individuals at no cost to the employer. We only refer prepared individuals to internships. That’s because we want both our trainees and our businesses to succeed.
Internships also give trainees valuable work experience, exposure to professional challenges in a real workplace, and the opportunity to network.
Our trainees consistently impress their internship supervisors. These businesses turn to us first when an internship becomes available. One out of every two internships leads to a permanent job offer.
