Aqua Jog
Endurance athletes needing a cross-training option or rehab activity and anyone else looking for no-impact cardiovascular exercise will find deep water exercise great for strengthening the core and improving range of motion in hips and knees. No swimming required, but participants must be comfortable exercising in the deep end of the pool while wearing a flotation belt.
