Swimmers are introduced to breaststroke and continue to improve techniques for strokes learned in previous classes.  Increased focus on endurance through lap swimming.

Swimmers continue to work on the front crawl, backstroke, elementary backstroke, sidestroke, treading water, and diving. They are introduced to the breaststroke and work to improve endurance. By the end of this level, swimmers can strongly swim 4 lengths of all strokes taught.
