A Camp for Everyone!

The West Roxbury YMCA, serving West Roxbury, Roslindale, Dedham, Milton, and Westwood, offers nine summer day camp options.

West Roxbury:  Scamper Camp, Little Bear, Big Bear, and Teen Camp

Dedham:  Enrichment and Teen Camps

Westwood:  Hale Reservation

Milton:  Tiny Tikes and Arts Enrichment Camp

The YMCA camp staff at the West Roxbury YMCA are a diverse group of counselors with a great deal of experience in the field.  The majority of staff are made up of returning counselors - we have a return rate of 90% - as well as those currently working in YMCA programs.  All staff are fully trained and hold current certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention.

Camp Open House

West Roxbury Camps:  Tuesday, March 18th, 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the West Roxbury YMCA

Dedham Camps:  Saturday, March 15th 12 Noon - 2 p.m. at St. Suzanna's Church in Dedham; Tuesday, March 18th, 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the West Roxbury YMCA

Westwood:  Saturday, May 10th, 12 Noon - 2 p.m. at the Hale Reservation

Milton:  Sunday, March 30th, 12 Noon - 2 p.m. at the Egan Center

Financial Assistance

The YMCA raises funds through our Reach Out Annual Campaign to families who cannot afford childcare.  The YMCA is a non-profit organization and will not turn anyone away based on the ability to pay full fees.  Please ask about our many financial aid packages if you need assistance in paying for day camp.
