Livestrong at the YMCA

For cancer survivors looking to improve their overall health and well-being through programs which build mind body & spirit.

The YMCA of Greater Boston has formed an exciting new collaboration with the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Our goal is to reach out to all cancer survivors looking to improve their overall health and well being.

LIVESTONG @ The YMCA: A Cancer Survivorship Program of Stanford University

The 12 week class is being offered free of charge to participants and welcomes survivors of all types of cancer, who have become de-conditioned from their treatment and/or disease.

Class will focus on strength, cardiovascular, and relaxation techniques.

I am whole.  I am healthy.  I am strong.  I  LIVESTRONG.

Session Times

Our next program will be starting in January.  The class meet two times a week:  Tuesdays, 12 noon - 1:30 p.m., and Thursdays, 12 noon - 1 p.m.
